EPPERSON Comfort Club offers three unique plans to fit everyone’s needs and budget! Each plan includes two visits per year (Spring & Fall) to make sure your HVAC system is ready for each cooling and heating season.

GOLD PLAN

$30/month or $330/year for the first system.

$20/month or $220/year for each additional


Benefits:

  • Visual inspection of equipment for any damage, excessive debris, or foliage
  • Drain line testing with drain pan treatment tablet
  • Filter replacement or cleaning (owner to provide filters)
  • Complete system test for proper seasonal operation
  • Visual check of electrical connections and wiring
  • Check supply and return temperatures to measure system performance
  • Visually check indoor and outdoor coil condition
  • Clean indoor and outdoor coil once per year
  • 10% off all HVAC, Plumbing, and Electric service calls and repairs
  • $75 credit toward a new HVAC system every year for each system covered

SILVER PLAN

$25/month or $275/year for the first system.

$15/month or $165/year for each additional

Plumbing & Electric Discounts
